Not all of us who would have wanted to, could make it to London on Monday for the mass lobby to save school libraries. Luckily, quite a few people did. Authors, librarians, readers.

Looks like you missed some fun in a good cause. But the pictures are some compensation. I do wonder what will happen to libraries in the long run, though.
I see a world of coffeeshops and call centres. That’s all.
I wish I’d been able to come to this. But lovely to see all my chums looking gorgeous in their t shirts. Where can one buy one??
Maybe there are second hand ones going cheap by now… Or we simply break into people’s houses.
