I discovered this little blog a couple of weeks ago. I quite like it.

Admittedly, its author appears not to be in a hurry to fill it on a daily basis, but I would like to think there will be more than just the one – delayed – journey.

Interestingly it appeared soon after I’d read Kate Scott’s Giant, which features another young man standing on a platform, fielding questions from the public. It’s good that they do, but how much better if there was staff for this kind of thing.

As for the cancelled train; I’ve found it often is when it arrives late into Edinburgh. Why go on and be later still at even more stations?
